Survey types

General surveys

With general surveys you ask all or a random sample of users the same questions to get a good and comparable view of the overall experience for different target groups. The survey collects both positive and negative responses.

Targeted surveys

With targeted surveys you ask selected users specific questions based on their behaviour on the website, their device, how they came to the website, etc. This is good for analysing specific flows or traffic sources, like campaigns.

Feedback surveys

With feedback buttons you let users react to a specific page. It’s a very short user triggered question set. Normally it’s displayed as a floating button at the bottom of the window. The feedback attracts mainly negative users and is good for finding problems on specific pages.
