Sitester Survey – who are the visitors and what do they think?

With a website analysis, you can find out if your site fulfils your communications goals and how you can make it even better. A pop-up window opens for visitors with a questionnaire after the time stipulated. The questionnaire will not appear for the same visitor again for at least three months. Surveys normally continue throughout the year to track changes over time. We naturally offer online questionnaires in all languages.

Online surveys provide answers to:

  • Who visitors are – Potential customers, prospective members, tourists or people from your key target groups.
  • What visitors think about your website and how they rate it – do your visitors find what they are looking for?
  • If visits are below expectations – which services and products should be included on your website?

A website analysis is compiled in a clear and easy-to-grasp report that you can access at any time via your client zone on our website. There you can quickly and easily find out which target groups your website appeals to and what their opinions are. You can also download reports for weekly, monthly and quarterly reporting.

Intester Survey – who are the intranet users and what do they think?

By asking intranet users questions, you can find out if your intranet fulfils their communications goals and how you can make it even better. Here, employees can anonymously submit comments, tips and advice. E-space compiles and analyses the material and presents it in a personal report.

Once a visitor has been browsing your website for a certain period, a pop-up window opens with a questionnaire. The questionnaire is not displayed for the same visitor more than once during a test period.
