The Internet is a global medium – we have clients in all parts of the world and our surveys can be conducted in any language. Sometimes they can involve one or more sites of a company with operations and perhaps subsidiaries in many countries, and sometimes a site that attracts visitors from different parts of the world.
Our broad international experience has given us valuable knowledge about how websites can be developed for several, sometimes very different, countries.
Over the years, we have observed that rating levels differ greatly between countries. In India, for example, giving high ratings is common, while in Finland, people are much more restrained in giving praise. However, this does not mean that the Finnish sites are inferior. It is instead an expression of varying behaviour in different countries and cultures. This is why E-space compares sites in India with other sites India and not in Finland.
